01 / Context
A score cannot explain what to do next.
Allumove is a residential rental product with experiences for residents and brokers. Before a visit, a broker needs to understand whether a person’s circumstances fit a particular property—and what information is still missing.
The early prototype displayed a standalone score. It suggested a precise assessment without explaining its criteria. The product review replaced that score with an explicit, property-specific qualification.
My contribution
Product decisions and interface development within a collaborative, AI-assisted project. This case focuses on the documented qualification redesign and its React prototype.
02 / Interaction design
Make the reasons visible.
The revised assessment separates four questions: does the identity match, are documents current, does the financial condition meet this property’s requirements, and do the resident’s preferences fit?
Earlier direction
A single score on a pipeline card. The number did not explain why a case could move forward.
Revised direction
A readable status opens into criteria, supporting information and a specific follow-up action.
One condition to review.
Resolve the financial requirement before moving forward with this property.

Identity
Identity document matches the applicant’s profile.
Source: identity document - Verified
Documents
Income and proof of address have been reviewed.
Source: income statement and utility bill - Needs review
Financial condition
Declared income is below this property’s requirement.
Source: declared monthly income - Matches
Preferences
Three bedrooms and parking match the resident’s search.
Source: resident’s search preferences
Monthly income of at least 3× the total monthly cost.
Example: R$ 3,200 total cost → R$ 9,600 required income. Declared: R$ 8,400.Next step: request additional information
Ask for updated income evidence, then reassess the financial criterion.
Put the next action beside the problem
The implemented component places “Request additional information” alongside the financial criterion that needs review. The adapted presentation above connects that unresolved criterion to its follow-up, so the reasoning stays visible.
Keep the rule attached to the property
The panel states the applicable income requirement and its review context. Qualification describes a person–property relationship, rather than assigning a universal rating to a person.
03 / Engineering
One assessment, two levels of detail.
The React implementation derives the summary status from the individual criteria. Pipeline cards use a compact status chip; the review panel exposes the underlying information. Labels and icons support the color coding.
The trade-off is deliberate: explicit criteria take more space than a score. Progressive disclosure keeps the pipeline compact while making the reasons available in the review panel.
04 / Outcome
A decision people can inspect.
The prototype demonstrates the translation from an ambiguous score to structured criteria, status and follow-up. It makes the product’s reasoning visible in the interface.
The presentation above adapts the implemented component using fictional data. It does not establish live qualification, integrated customer records or measured conversion improvements. The next validation is whether brokers can identify the unresolved criterion and choose the appropriate follow-up without assistance.
